Terms and Conditions:

First 50% due on contract signature to reserve us (refundable less a $350 fee)

Second 50% due 30 days before the event (non-refundable)

We require access to the venue at least 2 hours before the event to set up and 1 hour afterwards to tear down. Our sound experiences can’t be rushed!

We also have power and space requirements for our staging that are dependent on the event space’s capabilities. But we’ve designed our staging, sound, lighting, and projection systems to be flexible to ensure we can realize your vision no matter what limitations arise. And we work with event space staff to ensure the best solution for you.
