Hire only professional musicians and producers

As so much more than record spinners, we’re experienced musicians and producers who’ve played professionally at weddings, on tour and on Broadway. We’ve put in the time at schools including Berklee College of Music, Yale Music School, and Mason Gross School for the Arts and are familiar with 400+ years of music stretching from Bach to Chappell Roan. Experts in the mechanics of songwriting, we know how to artfully mix songs to support the emotional contours of every wedding we’re a part of.

Keep emceeing tasteful and to a minimum

No corny podcaster voices nor demands for people to “dance or else” here! We let the sound do (most of) the talking and guide guests with announcements as needed based on the bride’s and groom’s vision for introductions, first dances and other activities.

Provide professional digital sound

Our sound systems were designed by an expert in Dolby AtmosTM movie theater surround sound mixing and mastering to ensure the highest possible sound quality. In addition…

  1. We employ RTA audio analysis algorithms during setup to ensure technical factors (e.g., equalization, crossover frequency, phase and polarity) are set correctly, with guests lauding our “recording studio” sound.

  2. We use a triamped system with cardioid subwoofers to shake you down to the ground but keep the bass in its place (on the dance floor!) so aunts and uncles can reminisce and converse at their tables with less low-end boom.

  3. We use lossless compression technology in our tracks—far beyond .mp3 quality on Spotify or Apple Music—with all music owned and stored on locally encrypted disks to ensure no Wi-Fi glitches.

  4. We ensure our sound perfectly aligns with your selected venue with a signal chain comprised of professional-grade equalization, compression and limiting.

  5. We employ real-time sound-level monitoring throughout the event to ensure levels are just right.

  6. We lend out complimentary sanitized hearing-protection headphones for infants and children and provide 3M disposable foam earplugs for adult guests upon request.
